Tippet consulting is a dream realized.  David Denham is the founder of Tippet Consulting and its President. The name, Tippet, is drawn from an element in fly fishing to extend the leader. It is a synonym for how David has engaged with leaders in programs and strategies to extend the impact of their leadership across the organization.

Since 1997, David wanted to start a firm like Tippet after he felt he acquired enough business knowledge, leadership experience and the right amount of war stories to become an advisor and guide for executives and their teams as they strive for better results in their day-to-day. He found parallels in fly fishing to the challenges inherent in leadership such as the need for patience, thoughtfulness and strategy in convincing a skeptical audience to move in a new direction. That is why Tippet was the right firm to start.
